How do I determine what size to order?
Check out the size chart. If you have additional questions please email at info@swimzip.com
SwimZip shirts for girls seem to run a little long and sometimes you miss the awesome detail on our
swimsuit bottoms. If your little one is between sizes, we recommend sizing down.
My size isn't available for the style I want.
We have options so don't worry. We receive inventory frequently so depending on when you need the
shirt, you might still be able to purchase your SwimZip! Give us a call or send us an email at
info@swimzip.com to inquire about your specific request and timing 1-888-SwimZip (794-6947).
I don't want to to place my order online, how else can I place an order?
Give us a call! We will be happy to place your order over the phone. Call us at 1-888-SwimZip (794-
6947). Please leave a message with your name and phone number if no one is available to answer
your call and we'll get right back to you!
When will I get my order?
We make every effort to get your SwimZip to you ASAP. We offer several shipping options to fit your
needs. Processing of your order takes between 1-4 business days; at the end of that time, your order
will be shipped using the options you selected. If you needed it ASAP please give us a call or email
info@swimzip.com and we'll make every effort to expedite your order. 1-888-SwimZip (794-6947).
Shipping Discount
We want to provide our customers the best deal possible. And we try to keep shipping rates low.
Ship50 discount is only applicable to domestic shipping only.
How do I send SwimZip as a gift?
SwimZips are such a wonderful gift for parents and kids alike. SwimZip has beautiful packaging and
can be sent directly to the person you are buying for. If you send the SwimZip as a gift be sure to enter
a separate "Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses. Make sure you select the "Make it a Gift" at checkout,
purchases will be gift-wrapped for a fee of $5.
Any special washing instructions?
SwimZips will last the longest if shirts are machine-washed in cold water. Also, we recommend hang-
drying the SwimZip item.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept MasterCard and Visa. Thank you.
Shipping Internationally
Yes! We do ship anywhere in the world. Our SwimZips are individually weighed and we work directly
with UPS to make sure the weight is accurate and you are getting the best rate possible for us to ship
to you! We almost anywhere! If you have any problems or questions about if we ship to you, please
email us!
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to love your SwimZip. If you find it is not the right fit for your child, you may return or
exchange the SwimZip within 15 days of purchase. Shirt must be returned in new condition (ie: not
worn, not washed) with tags still attached and must be accompanied by our return form.
Please email us at info@swimzip.com if you have questions. Items not purchased through our
website will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you are the recipient of a SwimZip gift – lucky
you! - you may return the item for an exchange only. Shipping back to us is at the customers
expense, we recommend sending your item insured and keep the tracking number. Shipping charges
are not refundable.
